Joshua McCuen
Joshua McCuen is the Co-Owner and CEO of Iron Feather Brokerage Group, an independent insurance brokerage based in coastal Georgia. He leads the firm with a focus on clarity, integrity, and client-centered solutions across life insurance, health insurance, Medicare planning, annuities, and group benefits, with Property & Casualty services expanding the firm’s offerings.
Known for simplifying complex insurance decisions, McCuen has helped build Iron Feather Brokerage Group around a guiding belief: when people understand, they choose. The firm exists to support informed decisions—not just sales—serving individuals, families, and businesses with long-term planning and transparency at the core.

Myles Kilby
Myles Kilby is a Brunswick, Georgia businessman, tax professional, entrepreneur, and co-founder and owner of Iron Feather Brokerage Group, alongside Joshua McCuen. Through Myles Kilby & Associates, Myles has developed a strong background in tax preparation, tax planning, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, business formation, and financial services, working with individuals, families, and business owners throughout the Golden Isles and surrounding communities. His experience in the tax and accounting industry has given him a practical understanding of the financial challenges faced by individuals and businesses, from managing day-to-day finances and tax obligations to planning for long-term growth. Myles is also an IRS Enrolled Agent, a federally authorized tax professional who is qualified to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. His years of experience working directly with clients and business owners have shaped his approach to financial services: understanding the complete financial picture rather than looking at individual products or decisions in isolation.
That experience and perspective became an important part of the vision behind Iron Feather Brokerage Group. Together with Joshua McCuen, Myles helped build Iron Feather around the belief that financial services should be people first, focusing on relationships, education, trust, and long-term financial protection rather than simply production. As co-founder and owner, Myles brings his tax and accounting background to a broader financial-services platform that includes life insurance, annuities, major medical, group benefits, and property and casualty insurance. His understanding of taxation, business operations, and financial planning allows him to bring an additional level of insight when working with clients, business owners, and insurance professionals. Myles and Joshua share a vision of building Iron Feather into an organization that not only provides quality financial and insurance solutions, but also develops people, supports its agents, strengthens local businesses, and creates lasting relationships throughout the communities it serves.

Shanisha Waller is an independent life and health insurance agent, wife, mother of four, and woman of God who brings both professional expertise and personal conviction to her work. With over 8 years of experience she is known for her education-first, values-driven approach and her commitment to serving families with honesty and care.

Carl is a full service insurance professional with over 20 years experience. He specializes in providing Personal and Family Financial Planning meeting the needs of his clients in areas of income replacement, mortgage protection, retirement, education funding, and final expenses. Mr. Martin's previous experience includes Group President of the Apex Group and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Support for BellSouth Enterprises a subsidiary of AT&T. Carl holds a Masters Degree in Technology from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

Licensed Servicing Assistant (LSA)Angela “Angel” McCuen is a proud Georgia native with nearly 30 years of experience in customer service and four years as a licensed insurance agent. Throughout her career, Angel has built a reputation for serving others with professionalism, patience, and a genuine heart for helping people. Today, she serves as Executive Assistant to Owner Joshua McCuen and as the Licensed Service Assistant (LSA) supporting the entire Iron Feather Brokerage Group team.

From assisting clients and agents to helping with policy designs, annual reviews, and the many details that keep our agency moving, Angel plays an important role behind the scenes and on the front lines.
